TexAmericas Center direct power costs are comparable to, or more favorable than, the top 10 low cost markets of Portland, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Atlanta, Seattle,  DC/Northern Virginia, Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Columbus.  Certain grid reliability concerns found at other locations, ERCOT, are not present in the SPP.  Not only does AEP/SWEPCO offer quality, cost effective power, but they are a regulated, client-focused, and supportive utility.  SWEPCO  understands the consistent, spiraling need for increasing power over several phases of expansion.  TexAmericas Center is making sophisticated forms of cooling, that can assist

with saving power costs and lowering the total carbon footprint of a data center site, available.  The benefit of renewable power cannot be understated, it is available at far lower cost than other methods with a concurrently lower cost of total operating expenditure.
